Fast, comprehensive emergency care; wellness care for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets, and advanced veterinary technology are available. Valley Cottage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & our dedicated veterinarians and staff are always ready to care for your pet. All pets are treated here, from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, pocket pets, snakes and others. Our practice has grown rapidly since Dr. Petro first opened the doors almost 3 decades ago - our commitment to our clients has never wavered. We work together as a team to provide compassionate, comprehensive health care to all pets - to exceed the expectations of their families. A full-service veterinary clinic, we provide wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostic care and surgical procedures for pets. Our veterinarians and staff are deeply involved in the local community and donate their time to numerous volunteer organizations. We provide free healthcare and vaccinations to animals at Hi-Tor Animal Shelter in Pomona and sponsor local rabies clinics and community events such as Rockland YouthFest and the Dog Walk for Cancer. We are pet owners ourselves and we understand the special bond you share with your dog, cat, or exotic pet. Our goal is to work with you to strengthen that bond through compassionate veterinary healthcare in a friendly environment. We strive to exceed your expectations 24 hours a day.
