Valley Rock Capital helps build communities and grow people through authentic, long-term partnerships. With offices in Boise, ID and Jackson, WY, VRC works alongside locally engrained real estate Sponsors in the Upper Mountain West (ID, WY, and MT) and Heartland (OK and AR). Our strategic Sponsors have demonstrated track records, deep relationships, and are focused on adding to, rather than extracting from, their home markets and regions. As an outsourced capital markets team for these Sponsors, Valley Rock Capital analyzes past performance, builds capital allocation plans, and underwrites, markets, and closes debt and equity investments in our Sponsors' real estate projects. Importantly, VRC always looks to learn, grow, connect, and facilitate with Capital Partners (Family Offices, Life Insurance Companies, Private Equity Operations, and more). As high touch rifle shooters, we spend considerable time learning about our Capital Partners' histories, investment theses, and criteria. From there, we begin thoughtfully introducing Sponsors and Capital Partners with a focus on creating long term, durable partnerships. The Co-Founders, George and Bill, are a father-son team dedicated to solving problems for Sponsors, Capital Partners, and Stakeholders.
