Valley Rose Fine Jewelry is designed and hand crafted by Northern California based designer Brittany McCall. Every design is made using the time-honored technique of lost wax casting. Working with the highest quality and ethical materials like Fairmined gold and traceable conflict-free gemstones, Brittany’s responsibly sourced collection not only offers everlasting beauty but also supports an active force for good. Brittany’s unique and delicate designs draw inspiration from California landscapes, nature, the cosmos, and art. Through the use of subtle organic textures, dainty proportions and modern forms, each piece is transformed into timeless works of art that echo the mystery and beauty of the cosmos. Coming from a background in painting, Brittany received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute. Brittany spent the early years of her career as a graphic designer developing luxury green beauty brands. Having always taken a DIY approach to her style, Brittany often made her clothes from scratch and dabbled with jewelry making. Then one spring on a sabbatical from her design career, Brittany felt a calling to develop a brand that merged her love of art with her technical expertise in design and passion for sustainability. Named after Sonoma County, Valley Rose was the perfect appellation that embodied the romance and rustic spirit of the label.
