Hello world! Let me introduce myself. I am the president and co-designer of ValuAdder Business Valuation Tools. We have decided it’s time to join LinkedIn! It’s been a long trip from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign to San Jose, California to Portland, Oregon. When we designed ValuAdder there were few tools to help figure out the value of companies for sale. After many years in San Jose we decided to leave Silicon Valley for the Portland area in 2005. Originally we wanted to buy an existing business but it was difficult to figure out which ones were worth buying. In the end we created software to help us in valuing a business. Surprisingly, instead of buying we enlarged and polished up ValuAdder and started valuadder.com. Through the years ValuAdder has expanded as well as offering other tools to help people dealing with business valuation. During all these years we have kept our prices reasonable. Our products are not on subscription but yours to keep, just like when you buy a latte to drink. Plus, we have always helped people when they needed some help to use our products.
