Value Advisory, LLC (“VA”), founded in 2003 by Howard Rosencrans, CFA, is a boutique firm providing consulting services, including equity research and strategic financial communications. Historically, the firm's focus has been on providing independent, outsourced fundamental equity research to institutional asset management firms.
