Value Creation Institute is a Six Sigma consulting group that focuses on improving the quality of business. We specialize in Lean Six Sigma deployment with immediate results. We provide classroom and online training for Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Greenbelts, and Yellow Belts. As a Certified Executive Master Black Belt, I have been trained to work with executives so that they can lead break through improvements in business performance. History Value Creation Institute was founded by Mr. Jeff Heslop, a GE retiree with over 25 years of experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma within GE. During these years he drove improvement as a full time Total Quality Adviser and certified Master Black Belt. While at GE Jeff trained over 2000 Black Belts as well as Green Belts and Master Black Belts Jeff was trained as an Master Black Belt (MBB) by Dr. Mikel Harry, the co-founder of Six Sigma, in 1995. In 2015 Jeff was certified as an Executive Master Back Belt (EMBB) also by Dr. Mikel Harry. The EMBB certification is the highest level of certification in Six Sigma. It is the “PhD” of Six Sigma certification. The EMBB is trained to work with the C-suite executives to analyze the client’s financial data in order to identify the highest leverage impact projects for major business improvement. Jeff works together with highly experienced Lean Six Sigma (LSS) trainers, project mentors, and coaches. Value Creation Institute guides its clients to increase business value, both for the client and its customers, resulting in measurable improvement to the bottom line through growth and cost reduction. The methodology is Lean Six Sigma, one of the most effective business improvement methodologies over the last 130 years, adapted for the unique needs of the client.
