Value Squared was founded by creative entrepreneur Juliette Otterburn Hall and serial entrepreneur Cedric Torossian. Juliette has an extensive track record in transforming outcomes across sectors, having run and sold businesses in creative, media and tech. Starting her career as a Diplomat, Juliette became a programme maker for prime-time TV, from Comedy to Factual Entertainment and Documentaries, pursuing her passion for storytelling. She led digital transformation across ITV and Shed Media Group, creating end-to-end delivery of new tech and pushing creative boundaries across global TV brands and followed this by setting up, managing and scaling start-ups through to exit. Her entrepreneurial journey and passion for using positive cultural change to scale businesses inspired her to set up Value Squared. Cedric Torossian is a serial entrepreneur, fund and start up advisor with 15+ years’ experience as an analyst for Wall Street working on investment strategies for top listed retail, consumer and media companies. Cedric excels at delivering brilliant, game-changing strategies in fast moving technology and digital sectors both for small businesses and listed corporations.
