His founder, Yon Valverde, holds a 25-year experience in industrial and international environments. We are passionate of Lean Manufacturing, and we deeply believe in the humanistic way to change organisations. Our vision for the next 5 years is to become a reference in the spanish management consulting market, and to be part of a leading international consulting network. Our mission is to create wealth in the society where we operate, increasing profits of our customers, developping people that work in the organisations, and increasing their knowledge. We are humble enough to understand and respect all the effort done by our customers up to now. However, we understand it exist more effective management models that can be applied to their organisations, and our goal is to implement them. Our added value is our capacity to diagnose the actual situation and to adapt the Lean model to the values and particularities of each customer.
