OUR APPROACH: To offer maximum flexibility to our clients we offer four consultancy services: DISCOVERY - this is our recommended approach if the scope, and/or feasibility of the idea or project are unknown. This is a great option if you have the budget, but do not have the internal resource, knowledge and expertise to quickly assess a market opportunity; DELIVERY - this approach is used where the project is well-defined and objectives and timelines can be agreed. This is a great option if the project is scoped, and perhaps has even started but has stalled due to lack of resource and expertise; ALLIANCE - This approach is designed for manufactures and converters who desire a complementary sales channel; ACCESS - This approach is designed for companies or organisations that do not have a specific project but need continued and regular access to an electric commercial vehicle expert.
