De Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam is nu door de jongere generatie verkozen om diezelfde passie voor het vak voort te zetten.Van Soest is trots op de chocoladeproducten die in het zicht van het publiek ambachtelijk worden vervaardigd. Voor de bereiding van de bonbons, ganaches, truffels en andere chocoladeproducten worden uitsluitend de allerbeste ingrediënten gebruikt en alles is gemaakt naar eigen recept. Daarbij ontwikkelen de chocolatiers steeds weer nieuwe producten die bereid zijn uit pure chocola.
