Our practice is located in Baltimore and Ocean City, Maryland, and serves two distinct sectors and clients: Custom Residential Homes – for Homeowners & Builders/Developers. Commercial/Mixed-Use – for Developers of mixed-use projects, shopping centers, retail environments, multifamily, resorts and hotels. Exceptional design is a delicate balance between creativity and practical constraints. Our design approach is rooted in an understanding of the specific needs and desires of our clients, as well as the physical and cultural characteristics particular to each project and site. By pursuing ideas that respond to these unique conditions, we strive to create architecture and places that are authentic, innovative, meaningful and enduring.
