During the month of September 2015, the Secretary of State approved our name change from Vana Hawaii Construction, Inc. to VANA HAWAII BUILDERS, INC. Vana Hawaii Builders, Inc. does a wide range of commercial general construction projects; from site improvements, to new buildings. We can put a whole commercial project together and assume complete responsibility for the work contracted. We offer an extensive business network of suppliers, installers, subcontractors and experts as required for each project. We have extensive knowledge of and experience with regulations and codes to the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, and we know how the system works. We also offer consultation with our clients to determine the right budget for each project. We know through experience, the cost of most materials and labor, and if we do not, we contact suppliers and subcontractors directly. Therefore, once we are asked to submit a proposal, we prepare a fact sheet listing the description of work and the cost of each type of work. Once we are selected to do the work, we always require a written agreement/contract that describes the work clearly, timelines, materials to be used, prices, responsibilities of all parties and other important details. We have the ability to organize and manage a project, including scheduling subcontractors, delivery of materials, keeping track of expenses and knowing how to deal with the unexpected that sometimes occur. We take great pride in our work.
