Less than 10% of licensed long term care facilities achieve this standard of quality. The facility received an overall score of 91.2% on the most recent Nursing Home Resident Satisfaction Survey. This score is well above the state average of 86.3%. Family members are satisfied with the care their loved ones receive and 96% would recommend The Wellington to others, according to the Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey. The statewide average satisfaction score for facilities was 88.2%. Vancrest received an overall satisfaction score of 93.4%.
