VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center is a new event venue located in the heart of downtown Muskegon. Encompassing the latest trends in meeting and convention venues including a sophisticated design, open concept, easy connectivity, integrated technology systems, and stunning lake views. Designed for groups requiring space for up to 1,000 attendees. It offers 37,700 square feet of meeting space including breakout rooms and pre-function space. The convention center is attached to the newly renovated Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Downtown, which offers 200 spacious redesigned guest rooms, and a 200 seat restaurant and bar. Renovations deliver an upscale experience to business and leisure travelers with amenities featuring a state of the art fitness center, Proudly Serving Starbucks, 24 hour marketplace, covered parking and much more. Across the street from is the Shoreline Inn & Conference Center with 140 guest rooms and an additional 5,000 square feet of meeting space.
