I work with people to understand how we are designed by nature to develop into healthy adults with our full potential for happiness, connection and love. In healing what prevents this natural unfolding people are empowered and free to grow intuitively. I develop an authentic, compassionate and connected relationship with clients to create a safe and secure environment to express truth and feel one's emotions. I offer support through major life transitions such as parenting, pregnancy, women in the postpartum year, changing family dynamics, marriage, divorce, loss of a loved one, adolescence to adulthood and career change. I provide therapy to parents, individuals, couples, teens, adolescents, young adults, transgendered youth and adults, and families. I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, cutting and self-harm, academic and environmental stress, family conflict, grief, and overwhelm. I have worked as a therapist in K-12 schools for 10+ years. I specialize in online therapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), eco-therapy, nature based therapy, developmental integrated approach, and deep heartfelt listening to all my clients. I can offer sessions outside in nature, or in my office in downtown Sebastopol. I have been working with parents with children of all ages, and teens for 15+ years.
