Vanmok LD Studio - Leak Detection Software specialized in distinguishing leak and column separation in pipelines operated from a control center. Multi-layer algorithms not only detect leaks as small as pinholes but also localizes the leak within 200 meters**. 2. Vanmok LD Cloud - Leak Detection Software customized for oil and gas producers and works with our dedicated data acquisition system to integrate the field sensors to our Cloud Servers. Our IoT Gateway collects data from the existing pressure sensors at a very high sampling rate of 50 milliseconds per data point. Why our products work: · Our CPM systems are based on Real-Time Transient Model (RTTM) for leak detection during transient and steady-state conditions as per API 1130 metrics (Sensitivity, Reliability, Accuracy and Robustness). · Our products avoid nuisance alarms by sending only True Positive Alarms. · Our products and services meet and exceed the requirements of API 1130. We also build Pipeline Simulators which act like a digital twin of a physical pipeline. We also simulate any leak size ranging from small pinholes to large ruptures with real hydraulic signatures of a real leak/rupture.
