About Vantage Apartments Limited
Vantage Apartments was formed in November 2019 by Chris Gee and Daniel Godsall. Between us we have more than 25 years’ experience in the serviced apartment industry. We operate serviced apartments in Kingston upon Thames, Teddington, Twickenham & Hampton Court. All apartments are in central locations but have been specifically chosen for their tranquility. Coffee machines, SMART TVs (43 inch minimum), bluetooth speakers, parking, zip & link beds (choose between twin singles or a king double), 40mbps Wifi and fully equipped kitchens come as standard, as do high levels of cleanliness. Flexibility is a cornerstone of our business and we always aim to please our guests, whether it's extra pans, an early check-in time, a rice cooker, a high-chair or a specific TV package. Every new guest will find the following welcome pack in their apartment on arrival: Coffee, tea, fresh organic milk, fresh orange juice, bottled water, fresh fruit, biscuits and cereal. We have a 24 hour phone service for emergencies, and a member of staff lives nearby. We are fully covered by Public Liability & Employer’s Liability Insurance. Vantage Apartments complies fully with all industry standards and codes of conduct. We are fully health and safety and GDPR compliant, with all documentation available on request.
