About Vantage Point Properties, Inc
We help our clients achieve their real estate goals.Whether it's buying that first home, moving up, downsizing, investing or reinvesting through an IRC sec 1031 exchange of investment property, we are there as a real estate resource and guide. We have been facilitating successful transactions since 1987 in the greater Portland area and around the state. We love what we do! We also volunteered for 25 years, at The Portland Housing Center, a non-profit community housing resource for first time buyers and Neighborworks partner, teaching classes creating an educated buying public. Our mission is still to promote opportunities to first time buyers. Gary is a volunteer mediator for both Multnomah and Clackamas Counties. Gary holds an Oregon Contractors license. Together we have 30+ years experience rehabbing homes and assisting clients in creating maximum value in their purchases and for resale of their homes. We focus on our clients best interests throughout the process and collaborate with other professionals for the clients best results.
