By talking to you we’ll take the time to get to know exactly which attributes your new member of staff needs to possess, including the all important X factor that will make them a perfect fit for your business. As you would expect, we'll utilise all of the latest tools that the internet and social networking sites have to offer to allow us access to suitable candidates across Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and the East Midlands in their thousands. But our aim is not to throw a hundred CV’s at your HR department and hope that one of them might stick, but to use our own skills and understanding of both your business and it’s needs as well as our own interviewing skills to make sure that the selected candidates that we do put forward are worthy of your consideration.
