Vapor Apparel is the industry leader in manufacturing high-quality UPF50+ sun protection performance apparel engineered for the consumer and mass customization with sublimation. Founded in 2004 by veterans of sublimation and polyester fibers, Vapor Apparel designs and implements digital printing apparel solutions. We help a diverse group of customers who all share a need to extract value from digital printing. We help retail brands and organizations with burstable production solutions that maximize sell-thru while dramatically reducing inventory. Our Rapid Retail Replenishment program is ideal for athletic and outdoor market brands that need superior wicking technology, full color printing, and UPF sun protection. With customers in the US, Germany, Italy, UK, Japan, Australia, Canada and the Caribbean, we are known worldwide for our expertise in digital sublimation substrates and performance apparel blanks. We also offer sustainable solutions for today's printing marketplace. We build these products in our LEED Certified Facility at the Historic Navy Yard in Charleston, SC. Our primary print technologies are water based, and we have and a comprehensive sustainability system in place throughout the company. We also offer direct-to-garment and screen printing services for cotton, and a host of fulfillment services including ecommerce platform integration. In 2013, we launched our cut & sew sublimation program offering complete customization -- all Made in the USA. This program helps bring sewing jobs back to the Carolinas, and will continue to create more jobs as demand for cut & sew customization grows. We manufacture our garments in Colombia and the United States, and enjoy duty free status into the US, European Union, and Canada.
