About Varinelli - Arthur Klink International Group
The Company VARINELLI was founded in 1932 by Mr. Marcantonio VARINELLI. Company was moved to Arcore after the 2° WW. This is still actual location – Main production was high precision lathes for watches industries. In 1957 the Company is taken over by Ing. Antonio Varinelli who started the production of broaching machine. In the period 1957 to 1980 the company produced thousands of small and medium size broaching machines. In the period 1980 to 1999 the company entered in the market of big broaching machines reaching a total revenue of 160 Milliard Lira with 160 Employees. In 2000 the company was taken over by the Arthur Klink Group and by this purchase, the tools production range is completed and the broaching machines production capability is enlarged and enforced. This purchase and the resulting synergy, permits an integration at the highest technology level in the broaching field, with a special focalization on the development of the broaching machines.
