This is how TEAM VAS-TUM have developed a PATENTABLE PROPERIETARY TECHNIQUE of turning PLASTIC WASTE ALONG WITH INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURE WASTE INTO FINISHED PRODUCTS using A PROPERIETARY TECHNIQUE ALONG WITH SOME PLASTICISERS AND FILLERS to give its products and innovative edge and creating volumes of finished goods from the plastic waste lying for years making it commercially viable as well as environmental friendly. We know that plastic waste in being converted into paver tiles for a while now in various places using conventional, harmful and polluting process which was a very slow technique and have created a very less impact on the volume of plastic waste being produced worldwide. The conventional method was to make plastic tiles using paver block moulds manually and making tiles. Those tiles have no unique features and are fire retardant, static in nature, not user friendly and are not visually appealing as compared to other ceramic and brick tiles. Whereas, VAS-TUM have developed this PATENTABLE PROPERIETARY TECHNOLOGY where we are producing beautiful, fire retardant, anti-static, weather friendly and cost effective paver and floor tiles having a life span of more than 2 decades and is recyclable again upto 3 times. The whole production process involves very less human exposure, consumes tons of volume of plastic waste using FULLY AUTOMATED INJECTION MOULDED TECHNOLOGY giving us identical and finished product of same consistency.
