VCC.Academy is an online subscription-based communication training platform designed specifically to train veterinarians and their support staff on mastering communication skills in the exam room. Additionally, VCC.Academy provides in-person training workshops and DiSC assessment training workshops to improve veterinary team culture and communication. VCC.Academy also sells branded client education diagrams to standardize care and build trust with clients. VCC.Academy began with the vision of Brett Bingham, DVM. A practicing veterinarian for 20+ years and practice owner of multiple hospital locations. Dr. Bingham learned that his success had less to do with his credentials and everything to do with how he communicated with his clients and his veterinary team. “My mission and that of VCC.Academy is to give confidence, hope, and enjoyment to individual veterinarians and their teams everywhere. By providing evidence-based communication training, veterinarians are empowered to practice to their FULL potential.” - Brett Bingham The curriculum at VCC.Academy was built over many years of trial and error, and provides real-life application to help both fresh and seasoned veterinarians alike. Dr. Bingham believes that his success is rooted not only in learning evidence-based communication techniques but also in participating in regular monthly training and practice sessions.
