About Ved Living

We are at a unique time in history. Wellbeing has never been more important in people's lives. 75% experience burnout from work, about 50% suffer from fatigue, depression and anxiety, and there is an epidemic of diabetes and other chronic diseases. Our mission is to equip and guide people to address health challenges, become more self-aware and take charge of their own wellbeing. And our vision to help create a world where people live healthy, long and meaningful lives. We utilize priniciples of the ancient science of Ayurveda (5000 year medical science from India), modern behavioral science and public health. We help people have a healthy body, mind and spirit and create habits that will sustain their health in the long-term. Our approach focuses on three levels: 1. Health: Helping people overcome physical and emotional health challenges, and incorporate benefitical lifestyle behaviors 2. Fulfillment: Helping people fulfill their needs of security, work-life balance, growth and sustainability 3. Contribution: Helping people make an impact and become contributors in the lives of others We partner with organizations to create bespoke and holistic wellbeing programs that benefit its people, creates a culture of wellbeing and strengthens the bottomline. We have a unique program called the Wellbeing Cafe. This program is designed for conscientious business leaders and founders who want to leave a legacy of impact and contribution through their work, but are struggling with making that happen. Through this program, we guide leaders on how to reduce stress, manage their energy and fortify their health, align their mindset and actions towards self-fulfillment and long-term prosperity, and empower and bring others along the same journey.
