About Vegamar Bodegas
Bodegas Vegamar: High Altitude Wines, was established in 1999 with 3 clear goals in: - Quality: Producing high quality wines with personality, expressing the aromas and flavors of the Mediterranean region., from our own vineyards - Respect for the environment: Using a preventive viticulture, avoiding the use of herbicides and pesticides, using natural fertilizers and a reasonable fight against insects and pests. - Sustainability: To contribute to the development of the “La Serrania” region in an economical, social and environmental level. Since 2007 we produce Cava in the Requena’s region, 70 km from Valencia, made out of Chardonnay, Macabeo and Garnacha. From 2012, we also produce extra virgin olive oils in La Serrania region. Bodegas Vegamar: Vinos Mediterraneos de Altura, se estableció en 1999 con 3 objetivos claros: - Calidad: la producción de vinos de alta calidad con personalidad, expresando los aromas y sabores del Mediterraneo, de nuestros viñedos propios. - Respeto al medio ambiente: usando una viticultura preventiva, evitando el uso de herbicidas y pesticidas, el uso de fertilizantes naturales y una lucha razonable contra insectos y plagas. - Sostenibilidad: contribuir al desarrollo de la región de La Serrania, en un nivel económico, social y ambiental. En 2007 producimos cava, en la región de requena, a 70 km de valencia. Desde 2012 también producimos aceite de oliva virgen extra.
