About Vegas Improv Power

Vegas Improv Power is a Las Vegas-based company that provides workshops, training, and classes based on the fundamentals of improvisational theater and comedy and translate those skills into everyday life situations, whether that's at work, with your church group, and even with family and friends. Through the use of time-tested games and exercises, we can help teams and groups improve their communication, listening, empathy, creativity, problem solving, adaptability, openness, overall team building and bonding, and so much more. All of our workshops are customized to your needs and are beneficial for literally anyone. This means we've facilitated training for groups ranging from C-level management of large, international corporations all the way to high school student council groups, and even local support groups. Our founders and facilitators come from two distinct backgrounds. Half are professional actors and improv instructors, coaches, and performers with over 18 years of experience. They've performed in thousands of shows including touring around the country with Second City, on cruise ships, and for years in Chicago before dedicating themselves to building a community in Las Vegas. The other half are small- and medium-sized business owners with over 19 years experience managing teams, projects, companies, employees, and other resources, generally in the startup and other tech-oriented fields. While they aren't actors, as they found improv later in life, the art form took over their free time, and they immediately saw the applicability of improv to all aspects of life. They've gone on to train and perform in addition to teaching classes and workshops to both performers and non-performers alike. Our entire team works together to design and facilitate programs unique to your needs, and everyone brings their experience and training from places like Second City, ComedySportz, iO Chicago and iO West, and more to ensure you get the best experience possible!
