Velox's mission is to enable Providers, Payers, Patients, and other stakeholders to easily and securely share and access clinical data, which will not only dramatically improve the health and quality of care for patients but also play an important role in lowering costs for all stakeholders and the healthcare system overall. Velox is developing technology that will fully leverage and build upon the great foundation in the clinical data ecosystem that is being established by two major factors today: Standards: Interoperability standards, most importantly HL7's FHIR standard Regulations: The 21st Century Cures Act of 2016 and the resulting Interoperability Rules. Velox's technology and solutions allow all participants in this ecosystem to transition to and fully take advantage of structured, standards-based clinical data and in doing so transform the healthcare system for the better. Specifically, it will: • Lower data acquisition costs from Dollars to Cents • Increase speed from weeks to seconds • Increase completeness of data and confidence to >95% • Transform care and payer operations • Reduce cost-of-care by >10%
