Veltron Precision offers a range of engineering services: CNC Precision Machining Close-tolerance contract manufacturing to medical device industry, fast and reliable delivery of special purpose machinery, highly-precise machine components, jigs and fixtures mainly for use in the medical device industry. We have expertise in machining wide range of materials including: Stainless Steel (Grades 304, 316, 410, 440 and more) Aluminium (Grades 6061, 6063, 7075 and more) Engineering plastics (ABS, Acrylic, Acetal, PC, PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, Nylon) Rapid Prototyping Our service is ideal for the creation of medical device prototypes, parts for delivery systems, medical device handles and fixture parts. We use an industrial grade dual extruder 3D printer, which is capable of handling large prototypes which means that large prototypes can be built as one whole. Materials: ABS, Nylon, PET-G, Hybrid Clear, Flex Colours: white, grey, red, green, blue, orange, yellow, gold Medical Device Jigs & Fixtures We have expertise in design and manufacture of highly precise machine components, medical device equipment, jigs and fixtures. Accurate medical jigs and fixtures perform an essential role in simplifying production process and thereby can help to reduce labour costs. CAD Design Services We are able to provide an extensive range of CAD Services including CAD modelling to customers’ requirements, assembly drawings, generating exploded views, creating Bills of Materials and manufacturing drawings made to industrial standard including GD+T standards. We can also provide a full drawing package on customers’ drawing templates ready for DCN or ECO process. Design Consultancy We have extensive knowledge of the medical-device industry and, in particular, have a proven track-record in the design and manufacture of medical jigs and fixtures, which means that we are particularly well-placed to offer design consultancy in this area.
