VEMA is a level 4 Contributor & has 100% B-BBEE procurement recognition. Our role is to fairly & accurately assess the client's vehicle within 24-48hrs of receipt of the instruction & email our detailed engineers report including digital images within 24-36hrs of our assessment. In the event of a delay, we report & update regularly to the claims personnel. We understand promptness of service is crucial in making decisions with respect to the damaged vehicle, in order to provide good customer service & prevent unnecessary cost being incurred with regards to storage, car hire etc. We have a wide range of clients throughout South Africa that consists of: Major Insurance Companies, Broker Houses, Large Self-Insured Organisations, Major Underwriting Managers, Vehicle Hire Companies, Attorneys & Private Assessments. Our reports are captured on a custom designed system/programme which allows us to access reports going back to the inception of VEMA. This can prove invaluable especially when dealing with affidavits. VEMA is Audatex approved. Our assessors are MVAASA (Motor Vehicle Assessors Association South Africa) and VDQ (Vehicle Damage Quantifier) accredited, through which they are affiliated to the Institute of Loss Adjusters of South Africa. Our highly trained staff are available during office hours Monday-Friday (08.00-16.30) to deal with all queries and are in regular contact with the assessors on the road, clients and Insurance personnel. Our reports are clear and concise and include all the necessary information and data required by the claims personnel.
