I’m Vedika, ICF Level 1 (ACC) Coach, Level 2 trained, triple certification in Corporate & Soft Skills Training added with nearly two decades of experience enabling individuals and organizations to achieve personal and professional growth. My career journey began in the corporate world, where I spent 18+ years as an Executive Assistant, collaborating with C-Suite executives in leading multinationals. In this role, I became a bridge between management and teams, enhancing communication, aligning goals, and streamlining operations. Transitioning to an HR Business Partner role, I focused on youth talent management, employee engagement, and performance development—experiences that now shape my holistic coaching philosophy. As a credentialed coach with over 250 hours of coaching experience, I specialize in creating a safe space for reflection and growth. My expertise spans Ikigai coaching, emotional intelligence, and soft skills training. Beyond professional coaching, I’ve contributed as a volunteer coach in several impactful projects, further broadening my perspective. Today, I empower individuals to align with their purpose, discover their strengths, and lead with intention—whether through coaching, training, or soft skills development. The process will be based on the proven ICF Competency model, Applied Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Principles of IKIGAI. My ultimate goal is to enable people to thrive, both personally and professionally, in a way that resonates deeply with their core values and aspirations.
