About Venables Associates

Having trained as design engineers, the directors of the company enjoyed a number of years in technical management of specialist commissioning and design and build organisations prior to establishing Venables Associates as a firm. We believe that this experience gives us an edge over our competitors in that we offer practical design and management solutions with the hindsight of knowledge gained during our years in the commissioning of building services. Founded in 1989 as a family business with 3 generations having worked within it, the business continues to grow, and with the realisation that its loyal employees are a large part of its success the owners decided in 2020 to reward the loyalty and hard work of its employees and began a transition to an Employee-Owned Trust.
