Venator Capital is a privately held investment business with controlling interests in a small number of businesses within the Executive Search and Serviced Office sectors. Our holdings to-date include, Venaspace a multi-site serviced office and co-working business. Venator Recruitment Ltd, a long established technology and marketing recruitment business with an international client base. Venator Broadcast Ltd and Venator Broadcast International Inc with offices in the UK and California, it is the global market leader for broadcast technology recruitment. Coming from a background within executive search our mission is to discover and nurture talent by offering rewarding careers within our brands or for natural entrepreneurs; the opportunity to create new ones. Our team provides a marketing, IT and finance function to the group of companies as well as capital for new start ups within our portfolio. Our investment philosophy is for the long term, we choose to own all our commercial properties rather than lease them, this allows us to invest for the future. Although UK based, Venator Capital have always traded globally and we will look to continue this expansion with offices planned in Europe and Asia in the coming years. We also passionately believe in sustainability, we have invested significant sums in renewable energy production for our centres and we have a EV only company car policy. Through our philanthropic arm Venator Giving, we also believe in giving back our employees are encouraged to donate and to take part in charitable endeavours.
