About Venti-Now

Venti-Now(TM) is a life-saving, portable respiratory ventilator designed to address the novel coronavirus pandemic. We have received a COVID-19 FDA Emergency Use Authorization to get this Class II medical device manufactured. According to the Society of Critical Care Medicine, there will be a shortage of approximately 800,000 ventilators in the United States. Our team of medical, engineering and other professionals pulled together to design a solution for rapid manufacturing, using just a handful of off-the-shelf medical grade components. We have conducted extensive testing of the device in the Simulation Center at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine on the mannequin, “Hal” and our medical and bioengineering team has written up all the device specifications and instructions and incorporated all medical feedback from dozens of doctors and trauma nurses to ensure the device works according to their needs. The device features controls for tidal volume, breaths per minutes and I/E ratio. WE ARE GRANTING A LIMITED NUMBER OF LICENSES TO LARGE MANUFACTURING PARTNERS TO PRODUCE THIS DEVICE IN QUANTITIES NEEDED TO ADDRESS THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS.
