Established in 1969, Venture Plastics, Inc. is an TS & IATF-16949 certified custom thermoplastic injection molding company with two manufacturing facilities located in Newton Falls, Ohio and El Paso, Texas. The three facilities provide a total of 35 injection molding machines ranging in size from 55 to 1440 tons and are supported with IQMS integrated software system, scientific mold/locked process, closed loop system for SPC, robotics and a centralized material handling systems. Venture Plastics’ technology and services include injection and structural foam molding, insert molding, over-molding, complex parts, decorating/plating, assembly/welding, a wide variety of engineered materials with UL material traceability. Scientific Molding principles are applied to assure an optimized and repeatable process on every run on every press. Scientific Molding technology can also be retrofitted to existing tools.
