From offices in Miami, Orlando, and Philadelphia, the attorneys of Ver Ploeg & Marino, P.A., evaluate, settle or litigate insurance coverage disputes for policyholders. Many of our clients are major corporations, but we also represent small and mid-sized businesses, bankruptcy trustees, local governments, and individuals. Our cases involve policyholders whose insurance companies have unreasonably denied or delayed payment of valid claims, or failed to protect them from lawsuits. After successfully resolving the coverage dispute, we can pursue an insurance bad faith claim, when appropriate. We are trial attorneys who practice in state and federal court. We also maintain an active appellate practice. Since 1995, our entire law practice has been devoted to helping policyholders resolve insurance coverage disputes.
