We understand the importance of our client brand and conduct our collection activities in strict accordance with the Debt Collectors Act and the code of conduct prescribed by the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA). We strive toward continuous improvement and invest profoundly in up-to-date technology. Our unique state of the art workflow system is an in-house developed programme which provides us with the added benefit of being flexible to any requests from our clients, so enabling the implementation of any changes within a reasonable timeframe.
