About Verdani Institute for the Built Environment
VIBE is a Southern California-based non-profit advocating for green building education and the rapid scaling and expansion of green building practices. VIBE was created in 2017 by Verdani Partners, a leading full-service sustainability consulting firm specializing in sustainable real estate, to expand upon Verdani’s research, education and collaborative engagement platforms. With the looming threat of global temperature rise and buildings making up such a large percentage of GHG emissions, our mission is to catalyze the built environment toward being a positive force for global sustainability. We have existing solutions and technologies to build more sustainable buildings that are healthier for their occupants and for their communities - but these solutions must be scaled more quickly, which VIBE strives to do, as guided by our four core values: Education and Empowerment, Collaborative Impact, Environmental Stewardship, and Social Responsibility.
