About Vericlaim UK
Founded in 2009, Vericlaim is a practitioner-led loss adjusting house which specialises in loss adjusting within the commercial claims and mid/high net worth sectors, the management of corporate claims programmes, and the resolution of major and complex claims. In the UK we operate from thirteen locations including London City, Birmingham, Bristol, Belfast, Chelmsford, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Uxbridge. The head office is situated at No 1, Alie Street, London E1 8DE. From a standing start with 44 staff in February 2010 our current headcount is now over 230, of whom 151 are professional claims handlers and adjusters. Many are qualified or multi–qualified, bringing a breadth of knowledge and expertise to the resolution of our clients’ claims. We have excellent relationships with most insurers across the industry, including Aviva, Covea, Hiscox, LV=, Towergate and Zurich. In the last couple of years we have acquired two specialist loss adjusting businesses to expand our services. Ellis May was acquired in 2014 and specialises in the handling of high/ mid net worth and subsidence claims for exacting clients many of whom specialise in this segment. Ellis May operates as the Vericlaim Private Clients Division. The second acquisition in 2015 was Certo which allowed us to expand its Third Party Administration (TPA) and commercial loss adjusting capability. Certo has been fully rebranded and now trades under the Vericlaim brand. In September 2014, Vericlaim itself was acquired by Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc, the leading global provider of technology-enabled claims and productivity management solutions. Vericlaim is a member of the vrs Adjusters global adjusting organisation which provides services through 470+ offices in 141 countries. Its member companies are leaders in their respective territories and the international loss adjusting market.
