The company has recently established its UK arm focusing on helping overseas purchasers of new build residential, commercial, land and hotel property in prime central London, greater London and the major university cities. We have an active database of over 2,000 clients primarily from the Middle East, India, China & HK, South East Asia and East Africa, who are both investor and owner occupier purchasers. As well as assisting and navigating throughout the buying process, our service includes helping to source the right funding, conveyancing and ideal ownership structure for the UK property purchases.
