We Are Women-Owned - We are Award Winning - we are Vermont Awards and Engraving A Vermont family business founded in 1959 and purchased by Margi and Steve Swett in 1996. Jessie Swétel is majority owner as of July 2023 We specialize in high quality awards and signage, with a focus on employee recognition. The motto "Recognition is Respect Made Visible" is one we strongly believes in and support. The owners have participated in multiple webinars on the importance of recognition, and in turn strive to make the products created at this company unique and of the highest quality. The same high standards have always applied to the quality of our customer service and determination to find innovative solutions for any need. There will never be a menu tree on our phone system - you will always talk directly to a live person. We also stand firmly behind our work and will find solutions for any situation that isn't entirely satisfactory. One thing people tend to overlook or be unaware of is the scope of our skills and abilities to meet their needs in multiple areas. Yes we make name pins, but we also make custom signage both for indoors and outdoors. We can engrave metal, plastic, crystal, and acrylic and carry a wide variety of products in each category.
