We started Vermont Home Watch to solve that! As a member of the National Home Watch Association, we are the only accredited and certified professional home watch service in all of Vermont, and are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection. Vermont Home Watch LLC is a local, family owned business that will visit your home weekly or bi-weekly to do a visual inspection of your house looking for obvious issues. We email you a detailed inspection report of everything that was checked and help resolve any issues that are discovered. Discovering these issues quickly can be the difference between a quick fix vs. extensive and expensive damage. Considering the harsh winters we have, an unoccupied home is a vulnerable home. Let us keep an eye on your home when you can't be there. Our service area is all of Chittenden County, plus Waterbury.
