A regular training schedule is in place for all our clients on product knowledge, merchandising and sales skills. Courses are conducted by our experienced in-house Trainers who also travel countrywide. Professional workshops and demonstrations of our tools and products are conducted to educate all consumers and end-users. Huge support is given by our international suppliers on a regular basis, with training taking place at their Head Offices overseas and/or by sending their top brand ambassadors and representatives to South Africa to up-skill our Vermont Sales team. This allow us to offer exceptional support and outstanding customer service (including aftercare service) to all our clients and end-users alike.
