Vernacular Homes is a friendly team with a shared passion for designing and building beautiful homes for our clients across Kent, Sussex and east Surrey. We work with our clients to completely project-manage their builds for: Barn Conversions New Build Design & Build Planning & Design Renovation & Extensions We live and breathe good design and are excited to see the moment an idea becomes a plan, a plan a design, and a design a final build. We’re experienced, honest, collaborative and accurate, designing homes to realistic budgets and specification. We’re also experts in navigating local authority planning regulations, able to revise and rework previously failed applications or improve on older or inherited ones too. Our construction team is mainly in-house, meaning a more reliable service – they are on you site when you need them to be there. Using Building Information Modelling technology, (BIM) we can imagine and re-imagine a client’s new home as the design is developed which takes our client into their new home from the beginning. 3D, immersive technology takes them inside and outside their new home for a virtual look around before a single brick is laid. See up, down and around at the touch of a button. Design changes can be made digitally to test them out. Revisions can be made and costed to show accurate budget and timescale impact.
