Vertical Fitness is a new, exciting and extremely addictive form of exercise based around the aerial art of pole dancing, aerial hoop and silks. In one workout it combines flexibility, strength and balance. The classes are designed to build self-confidence and make you feel good about yourself while getting fit and meeting new people. Anyone and everyone is welcome: you’ll be amazed how quickly you progress. Our socials are a great way to get to know your classmates and other society members. They include a range of activities such as bowling, pub quizzes and lots of great nights out. We also host several workshops throughout the year with pole and aerial experts from across the UK! We have many performance opportunities throughout the year, including the LUU Dance Show, Intercomp, our annual showcase, 24-hour pole-a-thon and many more!
