Verus Care & Support Ltd is a family run business based in Liverpool. Since 2017, we have provided support and care services to young people (16+) and Adults (18+). Having established ourselves as a respected provider, we now provide high-quality services across all areas of the Liverpool City Region and Cheshire. Our culture is one which is focused around a collective vision and purpose, which is to provide more choice and control to supported individuals. We achieve this through promoting positive risk, consistency in support methods, positive communication and by promoting empowered decision making by staff and supported individuals. Our support plans provide more choice and control, enabling people to achieve their goals and aspirations on their pathway to independence. Our management team are consistently visible, providing positive leadership in all services. Our managers work to create an environment which is professional, focused and engaged. We seek regular feedback from individuals who use our service, our staff teams, managers and other professionals to shape how we work and ensure we remain inclusive and supportive.
