Our mission is to treat New Americans – refugees and immigrants – with dignity by providing them with good jobs that will aid them in getting settled in their new country. In doing this we will provide good employers with a stable, reliable work force allowing the companies to achieve the growth they are seeking. Our recruiters are New Americans themselves and draw people from their own communities. People they know. People who want to make a good life for themselves and their families in their new country. People who understand a good life comes by good, honest work. Too often immigrants have been viewed as “cheap labor” and are taken advantage of by unscrupulous employers. It is true that New Americans are a source of great labor, but individuals made in the image of God must not be viewed as “cheap.” We are committed to providing jobs offering competitive pay in companies that will not take advantage.
