We want everyone to have access to sustainable water solutions. Our promise is simple: Pure water – Anywhere. By re-imaging the way we access water, we have created revolutionary, sustainable water resource solutions. Using the latest technologies, our products are enhancing our way of life. We harvest fresh water from airborne humidity, creating pure water where none exists – without the need for chemical treatment or carbon intensive water treatment plants. Through data integration we can remotely monitor/control our units, optimising performance, providing seamless billing and a unique customer experience. Traditionally water utilities have not changed their business model in 50 years. They rely on a large ‘spoke and wheel’ infrastructure models which uses either dams or desalination to capture water, large water purification plants to process water and extensive pipe systems to delivery water to customers. It is estimated that US$7.5 – 10 trillion dollars is needed globally to maintain and upgrade aging global water infrastructure, as the global demand for water is expected to nearly double over the next 15 years . Advancements in nanomaterials, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and IoT devices are at an inflection point and set to disrupt the traditional water utility model in a similar way to how solar panels have revolutionised the electricity industry - Vesi intends to lead this disruption and become the first distributed water utility.
