About Vessel Wellness

Vessel provides highly engaging social-emotional groups to improve the quality of life for teens and young adults. These live and virtual groups focus on enhancing social wellness and life skills. A non-clinical program developed by a psychotherapist in collaboration with Emory University's School of Medicine, our initial 10-session program helps participants learn invaluable skills, connect with others, and prepare to take on life's challenges. “Expansion packs” are offered for continued involvement and discovering new life skills and career paths. Based on the innovative Vessel Theory, teens and young adults learn to frame their world with the Vessel mindset to increase meaningful social connections with others while at the same time be able to maximize moments of joy and utilize tools to manage stress and anxiety. Your Ecosystem Matters At Vessel, we believe ecosystem matters. Through years of experience in the clinical mental wellness space and an understanding of evidence-based science, Vessel's program provides a simple framework to improve quality of life through the power of human connection. We focus on creating an engaging experience to help individuals develop friendships, increase moments of joy, sharpen their life skills, and manage their social and emotional wellness. While the primary focus is on the program participant, we work with family members and caregivers to provide them with information and tools to better understand the stages of teen/young adult development and how to have productive and pleasant interactions with their loved ones.
