How do we work? We source investment opportunities by working with borrowers and investors to understand their requirements. We have a highly trained, skilled and experienced team of asset underwriters assessing all the investment opportunities. We have detailed policies and procedures to underwrite investment opportunities and perfect the security by taking a direct legal charge over the asset. Whilst your capital is at risk and returns not guaranteed we have a detailed internal compliance process managed by our compliance team to ensure we are guarding against financial crime and protecting the interest of all our investors all of the time.
