Vet Jobs Agency was founded from a desire to do veterinary recruitment better. We offer both permanent and locum recruitment services and cover the whole of the UK. What makes us different? Our aim is to provide a reliable, quality service, which means only working with the most reputable practices and veterinary professionals. Our Fees Low overheads mean that we don’t have crazy targets – which always result in people being treated as a commodity - so we can offer a certain amount of flexibility with regards our fees. As well as a traditional ‘percentage of annual salary’ option, we also offer a fixed rate. This is based on a short period of exclusivity (after which you’re free to send it out to other agencies), with rates agreed up front. As always, the fee is only payable once a placement is made, which ensures your vacancy is worked properly, rather than just stuck on a few job boards & hope for the best. We understand how crucial it is that the right people join your team, and this option allows you the flexibility to increase your offer, where necessary, to secure that ‘unicorn’ without having to pay extra to the agency as well.
